Why Work with me?

I became a coach because I know what it feels like to believe you’re not trying hard enough when in reality, you’ve been working twice as hard just to keep up.

I believe ADHD coaching should feel safe, validating and do-able. Not about fixing you, pushing you harder or forcing routines that were never designed for your brain but about understanding how your mind works and finding ways to move forward that feels supportive and sustainable.

My work is grounded in compassion, lived experience and evidence-based ADHD tools and strategies. I value progress over perfection, clarity over overwhelm and meeting you exactly where you are.

Coaching with me is a space where you can slow down, make sense of things and gently begin to feel more like your authentic self.

This 6-week Mini Dive is a shorter coaching programme focused on helping you begin to understand your ADHD, reduce day-to-day overwhelm and build a few key tools and systems that genuinely support you.
