I became a coach because I know what it feels like to believe you’re not trying hard enough — when in reality, you’ve been working twice as hard just to keep up.
I believe ADHD coaching should feel safe, validating and do-able. Not about fixing you, pushing you harder, or forcing routines that were never designed for your brain but about understanding how your mind works and finding ways to move forward that feels supportive and sustainable.
