Hi, I’m Sarah

Founder of Become Unstuck and an ADHD coach supporting women who were diagnosed later in life and are navigating the emotional and practical impact that can bring.

For most of my adult life I’ve been living with anxiety, depression and a sense that I knew I was capable of much more but always feeling STUCK.

I couldn’t understand why I struggled to ‘DO LIFE’?

Why I was constantly losing things I’d literally just had in my hand or why my home, head and life felt permanently messy (floordrobe anyone?). I had so many ideas but couldn’t follow through (why finish a project when you can start five more?!!) , struggled to retain information even when I was interested, overshared, procrastinated, and somehow appeared ‘so chilled’ on the outside while feeling completely overwhelmed on the inside.

Emotionally all over the place, easily distracted, always feeling ‘behind’ and often carrying the belief that I was letting people down (RSD anyone?!). The older I got the less I seem to be coping and put this down to having a young child and signs of peri-menopause.

Then around five years ago as I approached 50, after stumbling across a post about ADHD symptoms, I had my light-bulb moment.

So down that rabbit hole I went researching, reading, learning and when I finally emerged I finally felt UNDERSTOOD.

I’m not a lazy/unmotivated/messy/flakey/people pleasing emotional wreck…

HELLO ADHD!

The more I learned the more I wondered how many women were having the same experience - diagnosed later in life, silently struggling, believing they simply weren’t trying hard enough and left wondering …

WTF NOW ?

This led me to begin my journey into ADHD coaching…

Last year I received my long awaited ADHD diagnosis and qualified as  an ADHD Coach with a reputable ICF CCE accredited trainer

Today, through Become Unstuck, I offer the kind of support I once needed. Gentle, practical coaching rooted in compassion, validation and real-life strategies that actually work for your ADHD brain to help YOU ….
